Educators can also access our on-demand professional learning courses, providing convenient, affordable options for skill development and licensing renewal.
Our professional learning is available in person, online, or through self-paced on-demand courses, making it accessible for both individual educators and entire teaching teams.
WELCOME. I’m Jenny. I’m a school leader, former teacher, and proud mom of three with more than 20 years of experience in education. I founded Bright Path PD to provide high-quality professional learning that helps educators strengthen their practice and support diverse learners with confidence. Through professional development workshops and affordable on-demand courses, I make practical, research-based learning accessible for educators working in K-12 schools, homeschool programs, microschools, and innovative learning environments.

Jennifer Johnson, Ed.D.- “Dr. J!”
Dr. J has spent the last 20 years in K-12 education as a teacher, coordinator, dean, assistant principal, director, and researcher in four of Colorado’s largest school districts. She understands that the one-size-fits-all approach of schools oftentimes doesn’t meet the needs of teachers. Dr. J strives to meet the needs of teachers by wearing her “teacher hat” first, getting the conceptual down to the “practical” to help students in the classroom.
Dr. J is a proud graduate of The University of Michigan (B.A.Ed) — GO BLUE!, Colorado State University (M.Ed), and The University of Colorado Denver (Ed.D). In her free time, Dr. J enjoys spending time with her three children and seeing how many miles she can accumulate running around Denver’s parks and foothills.
